Roles and Responsibilities

Daily Order Processing-

a. To process daily received orders for all the online portals i.e. Amazon , Snapdeal, Flipkart and Company Site

b. To create an excel sheet for the orders received from the respective portals. Format A

c. To download packing slip in case of Amazon, flip cart and snap deal and forward the same as well as excel to the Accounts and Logistic Department for further working. In case of Company, created excel sheet only to be forwarded.

d. To do this process two times in a day as per order flow and send the same to the accounts and logistic department.

Online Portals and Website Management

To handle the backend of all the Online portals to make sure that –

a. All the listings are proper on portals

b. All customers’ queries gets reverted timely and coordinate with respective department to resolve it timely

c. All New products to be listed and to be checked time to time

To make sure that stock for each and every product remains correct on portals to receive correct orders.

Newsletter Floating and Offer Updation on Company Website

a. To float the newsletter time to time as required by Sales team or Product Management team

b. To coordinate with concerned team if any changes required in Newsletter/ Banners and then have to work on the newsletter floating work through different Portals -(SMS, Email, and what’s App)

c. To update the offer for all the products it belongs to and at the same time updates the banner as well on the website.

d. To make sure that all portals gets recharged time to time and work to recharge before its end date.

SEO for Amazon and Company Website

To take care of the SEO that includes Keyword checking, rank updating and working related to Meta Tags, titles and descriptions.

Weekly Keyword Report

To share weekly report with Management for change in keyword Ranks of company website.

Desired Candidate Profile

Should have good English communication skills Graduate/P.G./MBA will be preferred Should be very confident to handle online portals.

Looking for an excellent candidate who could support the initial stage of company marketing activities, who is experienced in handling e-commerce business.

Strong English writing skill is a must.

Proper communication skills and attention to diligent implementation is desirable.

Good project and time management skills.

Preference will be given to candidates with prior experience in eCommerce.•Integration of content programs with brand campaigns to drive brand to demand.

Desired candidate profile:

•5-7 years of experience in the digital marketing space

•Hands on experience in SEO, SEM, CRO, ORM

•Experience in managing and leading a team

•Strong analytical, numerical and statistical capabilities

•Experience in evaluating and operationalizing SEO strategies

•Experience in running social media activities and campaigns

•Experience in driving content strategy
